Exciting News!
I was asked to be involved in the Beauty Masterclass Editorial, which features Hair & Makeup stylists from Adelaide, showcasing unique, high-glamour beauty looks to inspire perusing brides.
This is the 3rd time that I have been involved with this beautiful magazine. This time round however, I did both makeup AND hair for the photoshoot which was really exciting for me. My jewellery and hair accessories were also included in these shots.
The first look I created was a "Marie Antoinette-meets-Fairy Princess" inspired look. Big hair with lots of texture and oomph, featuring a stunning handcrafted lace headband. The makeup included lots of pink hues for the lips & cheeks, and I used silvers, pale pink and a touch of mauve/lilac for the eyeshadow. A luscious layer of gloss was applied to the lips to complete the princess look.
For the second shot, I wanted to create a sleek side up-style with lots of body. As it was a side style, I had a lot of room for a statement headpiece on the opposite side so I actually used TWO handcrafted lace headpieces to add extra embellishment. The look was finished off with a flawless face, long dark lashes and a crisp, deep red/burgundy lipstick.

I was called up once again to do the makeup for another styled shoot in the magazine. Of course I jumped at the opportunity and had a great time working with this cute couple for the shoot.
It was a gorgeous setting, which featured Ombre (colours graduating from light to dark) as the wedding theme. The colours for this theme included vibrant cherry reds, peachy corals, and pastel pink. For the beautiful bride, I used a gorgeous red lipstick by MAC- "LADY DANGER". The cheeks were peachy and the eyes featured some dark lashes for additional length and drama.
